• ✦Reasoning — analogy, classification, series, coding-decoding, Venn diagrams, syllogism, drawing inferences, paper folding, embedded figures, space visualisation, critical & social intelligence
• ✦General Knowledge — current events, history, culture, geography, economy, polity, general science, India and neighbouring countries
• ✦Quantitative Aptitude — number system, percentage, ratio, average, interest, profit & loss, discount, mixture, time & distance, time & work, algebra, geometry, mensuration, trigonometry, data interpretation
• ✦English — error spotting, fill in the blanks, synonyms/antonyms, spellings, idioms, one word substitution, sentence improvement, voice, narration, para jumbles, cloze test, comprehension

6Marking Scheme & Selection

• ✦Paper I: 1 mark per question, −0.25 for each wrong answer
• ✦Paper II: 1 mark per question, −0.50 for each wrong answer
• ✦PST / PET between Paper I and Paper II is qualifying
• ✦NCC C / B / A certificate holders get 5% / 3% / 2% bonus marks in each paper
